By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all clients and staff.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

2. Payments

  • All rates are clearly displayed in our service list.

  • Prices may vary based on staff and selected therapy.

  • Full payment is required after each session.

3. Code of Conduct

Golden Tulip Spa maintains a professional and safe atmosphere.
Any inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential future ban.

4. Personal Deals & Staff Consent

Any personal offer or extension of service depends solely on staff consent and spa management approval. The spa is not responsible for any arrangements outside approved terms.

5. Health & Safety

Clients should inform the therapist of any health issues, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
Golden Tulip Spa is not liable for reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions.

6. Liability

We take great care in providing a safe environment. However, we are not liable for:

  • Personal belongings left unattended.

  • Reactions due to undisclosed health information.

  • External service agreements beyond official spa offerings.

7. Policy Updates

We may update these terms or our privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.
